Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error or that you possess the legal right to post the material, you may submit a counter-notice within 14 days of receiving notification. Your counter-notice must include:

- Identification of the removed content and its previous location on our platform
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Consent to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or federal courts in your location
- Supporting documentation proving copyright ownership or authorized use
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is initiated within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
BetPro Exchange enforces a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. Users who:
- Receive multiple valid DMCA complaints
- Repeatedly violate intellectual property rights
- Knowingly post infringing content
Will face progressive disciplinary action, including account suspension, restriction of services, or permanent termination.
Compliance with Pakistani Law
